Service details, pricing, and scope will be provided in separate project proposals, quotes, invoices, or contracts.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features or order Services. You agree that your account information is accurate and you will maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Order Process

  1. You request a quote or proposal by contacting us via the Site contact form or email.
  2. We respond with an estimate, scope, and timeline.
  3. Services begin once a signed agreement and any required deposit are received.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms (e.g., deposits, milestones) will be detailed in quotes or contracts.
  • Fees due must be paid in full according to the agreed timeline.
  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials (designs, code, content) produced by us remain our property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to you, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • We may showcase work publicly in our portfolio unless a separate nondisclosure agreement exists.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communications as reasonably needed to complete the project.
    Failure to do so may delay project delivery and may incur additional charges.

8. Revisions and Scope Change

  • Projects include revisions as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may be charged separately at our current hourly or project rates.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific results (e.g., sales, rankings).
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms or arising out of your use of the Site or Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

11. Refund Policy

We aim for client satisfaction, but due to the nature of custom digital services, refunds are limited as follows:

a. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any work already performed, strategic planning, design drafts, or development effort is non-refundable once delivered.
  • Deposits or advance payments are generally non-refundable once work begins.

b. Partial Refunds

  • If a Service is canceled mid-project and no deliverables have been provided yet, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, after subtracting time and resources spent.

c. Dispute & Resolution

  • Requests for refund must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery of deliverables.
  • We reserve the right to correct or revise deliverables to resolve disputes before issuing any refund.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the Site, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may terminate access to the Site or Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel ongoing Services as outlined in your project agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service provider resides (e.g., Bangladesh), without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
